Creating a CRM Training Guide

Context

Injury Care Solutions needed a training guide for their CRM database system.

Opportunity

As a medical funding company, a training guide was needed for current employees and new hires for the new patient intake process.

Contribution

I began this project by consulting with case managers about the new patient intake process.  Over the course of this project I worked on:

  • Created an outline of the main steps taken when adding new patients.
  • Integrated the unifi platform content to ensure medical and legal teams have full access to personal injury case documentation.
  • Incorporated appointment scheduling, lien and HIPAA signature requirements.
  • Created a document category chart to ensure documentation is made visible in the unifi platform.

Impact 

  • Improved the new employee onboarding process.
  • The training guide made it easier for all employees to understand the patient intake process.
